Travel Fee will be applied for distances exceeding a 25-mile radius from the studio.
Post-Production: includes editing, color correction, and contrast balancing for your images. Final deliverables will be 3600 pixels wide. The standard turnaround time is 5 business days after the event. Rush service is available upon request for an additional fee. Next-day delivery (24 hours): approximately 20% extra. Same-day delivery (12 hours): approximately 40% extra
Usage Rights and Licensing: All of our PR and event photography packages include perpetual usage rights for internal or external online platforms, publications, newsletters, magazines, and more. Clients may distribute the images to trade publications, newspapers, editorial magazines, and wire services at no additional charge. Watermarked images will be provided for use on social media sites such as Facebook and Instagram. The license is non-transferable and may not be sold or shared with third parties without written permission from CineCrown.
Cancellations and Changes made outside the specified cancellation window will incur fees. For specific details, please refer to your quote or contact us for more information. Any expenses specific to your assignment will be billed as reimbursable when incurred.
