*Post-production includes the editing process, balancing colors and contrast for your images. Deliverables are 3600px wide. The standard turnaround time after the event is 5 business days for post-production. Rush service is available for an additional fee upon request. Ask us for an exact quote! Estimate rush fee processing is available for an additional 20% for next-day delivery (24 hours) or 40% for the same-day day (12 hours).

Event Standard License
All of our PR and Event photography packages come with perpetual use in internal or external online web, publications, newsletters and magazines and more. Clients have the option to distribute your images to trade publications, newspapers, editorial magazines, and wire services without additional charge. The client will be provided with watermarked images to use on social media sites such as Facebook or Instagram. The license may not be sold or transferred to third parties without written permission from CineCrown.

Miscellaneous Fees and Cancellations
Cancellations and changes made outside the specified cancellation window are subject to fees. For details please see the quote or request more information at the price included in your quote. Expenses that are specific to your assignment will be billed as reimbursable expenses when we fulfill them.
