- Select and buy attire for the mothers of the bride & groom
- Select and book ceremony musicians – flute, guitar, harp, or violin

- Record RSVPs and early wedding gifts

- Select and reserve groomsmen’s wedding attire
- Mail invitations to rehearsal dinner
- Plan bridesmaid luncheon
- Select something old, new, borrowed, or blue
2 TO 6 WEEKS
- Finalize all food and beverages for the wedding
- Finalize all ceremony details with Officiant
- Write or Select Vows – be creative and follow your theme
- Finalize all rehearsal arrangements
- Finalize all floral arrangements
- Final fittings for yourself and your bridesmaids
- Make a wedding day itinerary and give a copy to your wedding party and vendors
- Finalize all details with all your vendors
- Decide the order of receiving line and head table setting
- Contact guests who haven’t replied
- Pick up wedding rings
- Visit the reception site for the floor plan and create a seating plan
- Give musicians a list of your music selections
- Inform attendants when and where to pick up attire
- Print out seating cards
1 WEEK
- Give the caterer/reception venue the final tally of guests
- Pack for your honeymoon
- Wrap reception favors
- Arrange mail collection while you are on your honeymoon
REHEARSAL DINNER
- Drop all wedding accessories and decor off at ceremony and reception locations
- Make sure you bring all gifts that will be handed out at dinner
- Make sure you have all final payments in envelopes for the wedding day
- Pack an overnight bag for a honeymoon suite
- Make sure the wedding party has their itinerary
- Make sure the gentlemen have the right color socks
- Review VIP seating with ushers at the ceremony location
WEDDING DAY!
- Eat breakfast
- Pack anything remaining on your “To Bring” list in cars
- Make sure the Maid of Honor and Best Man have the rings
- Make sure you have your marriage license, photo permit, and Special
- Occasions Permit if needed
